Several weeks ago I passed by a Yves Rocher store in Palma (C/ San Miguel) and I saw that they had many offers inside. It had been many years since I bought anything from the brand, so I decided to try two products that were at a very attractive price: €3.50/unit.
The products I decided on were the following: Moisturizing micellar water and express eye make-up remover.
It contains vegetable saps of Maple and Blue Agave which have hydrocaptive power. Associated with patented vegetable Betaine, together they create a true reserve of water in the heart of the skin that provides the skin with a source of hydration and diffuses into the different layers of the epidermis, even the most dehydrated, to guarantee hydration.
This 2-in-1 moisturizing micellar water is a fresh and light. ANDremoves impurities and makeup and tones the skin in a single gesture.
Also, leave the luminous and hydrated skin.
Specially developed for normal and combination skin, its formula is tested under dermatological and ophthalmological control.
Paraben-free, mineral oil-free, colorant-free and silicone-free.
personal evaluation: After using it for several weeks, I have to say that the most pleasant thing about this product is the smell, very pleasant and clean, and the sensation of freshness after passing the cotton. I am much more fond of facial soaps so I usually have the need to rinse with water as a last step but with this product I have not had that need.
I have dry-prone skin and this product is suitable for normal and combination skin. Even so, I have not noticed dryness at any time so I think it fulfills its hydration characteristic perfectly.
Out of 10 I would give it a score of 9 out of 10.
This two-phase express eye make-up remover quickly removes all traces of make-up, even waterproof. Contains cornflower water (centaury cyanus flower water). The cornflower water, obtained by decoction of its flowers, is used for its remarkable anti-inflammatory effect. In fact, this water, in its pure form, is often used for eye washes to improve itching and eye irritation and even for eye infections such as conjunctivitis.
This eye make-up remover, being biphasic, must be shaken before use to mix the components of the product and is applied to the eyes with the help of a cotton pad.
personal evaluation: I have used this makeup remover several times with a very satisfactory result. Easily removes mascara, even waterproof mascara. In make-ups that are more heavily loaded with primers, smoky... one pass with a damp cotton pad removes the 90% from the make-up, which ends up being completely removed with a second pass. A stick for the ears or impregnated swab will help us remove makeup from the most inaccessible areas.
The only con that I find with this product is the residue it leaves due to the oil it contains as it is a biphasic. However, with a rinse it disappears leaving the contour area hydrated.
I have very sensitive eyes and many make-up removers irritate this area or make my eyes itch. This is something that has not happened to me with this Yves Rocher express eye make-up remover.
Out of 10 I would give it a score of 8 out of 10.
My recommendation is that, if you want to try one of these two products, take advantage of an offer like I did and you won't regret it because, value for money, both products are practically unbeatable.
